foxnews.com. we have it streaming live for you. joining us, steve moore from "the wall street journal" to try to put some of this in context for us, can we do to bring more jobs back to the united states? >> well, jenna that's a great theme obviously. everyone wants america to be insourcer of jobs and not to have our jobs, my job, your job or anyone's job being outsourced to india and china. the theme makes a lot of sense. i looked through the package of new proposals that the president is coming out with today. the truth is they're kind of small ball things, jenna. i don't think they will make a lot of difference in terms of whether companies invest here or in other nations. the biggest problem i think the tax policies the president proposed increasing capital gains being at thats, business taxes in 2013 will make it less likely that businesses are going to want to invest in the united states in years to come. jenna: interesting tone set for the new year. the question about tax policy, whether or not that will become more of a focus going into this election season is one that we'll watch very carefully. steve, you will be back ta
