supervisor cohen: all right, fran martin. >> as co-chair of the visitation project, i am deeply concernedut the impact these developments will have on traffic in the adjacent to existing communities and the lack of adequate on site open space. i am also a member in the redevelopment area and a board member o f -- of sf parks. i am not speaking for those, but i wanted you to know that i know about them. these are read several intersections, including -- there are several intersections, including highway 101. the schlage lock and lenar development. consequently, there is a disparate amount of styles. the open space company is sadly lacking for 1600 units of housing. these facilities are not that easily accessible, and there needs to be more adequate on site open space. i strongly urge that there be a robust planning department review process informed by community participation as we go forward. given the highly significant situation, there needs to be particular attention paid to design issues. not at the expense of the surrounding neighborhood and future residents who will live there. this
