abc 7 meteorologist frances dinglasan is on the roof right no you. >> i've heard thunder, i've seen light rain, i've seen downpours, i've seen the rain come across this way because of the strong gusty conditions. there is a high wind advisory for the bay bridge which is behind me and it's been a rough ride out there all morning long. we have had tons of rain this morning. in fact, in the past hour we have almost had half an inch in some of the north bay locations and also i just wanted to let people know i did take a look at the chp screen, there have been numerous incidents popping up every other minute, they are quite busy out there, a lot of accidents and pinouts especially on the on and off ramps where ponding and flooding develop. so if you can stay indoors, that would be great. one thing that is a little unusual is that it has been mild out here, in terms of temperatures, we're still in the upper 50s and lower 60s but, boy, when that wind kicks up you want to hang on tight. carolyn. >> frances, thank you. we are going to join this week with george stephanopoulos already in progress.
