here's meteorologist frances dinglasan in for lisa argen. hey, frances. >> hi, cornell.e're starting to see less green on live doppler 7 but we still see quite a few scatterd showers all around the bay area. they are starting to taper off, and will continue to do so throughout the morning hours. right now on our storm impact scale, we are at a level 1. it is light today, scattered showers during the morning, still breezy at the coast and then finally a break from the rain mid afternoon into this evening. so, by 6:00 this morning, we'll still see some showers throughout the bay area, 8:00, we'll start to see it push towards the east and then by 10:00, less rain, maybe some cloudy skies, though, along the peninsula and into the south bay. lunchtime is looking dry for most everyone except for the hills east of san jose and then here we go, some partly cloudy conditions this afternoon. still a few pockets of lingering showers but mostly dry this afternoon into tonight and enjoy it because we have a bigger storm heading our a. >>> here's a look at how our reservoirs stand now

here's meteorologist frances dinglasan in for lisa argen. hey, frances. >> hi, cornell. good morning, everyone. we are starting to see the showers taper off and that's going to be the trend into the afternoon hours. live doppler 7 showing us some light rain falling parts -- in parts of the east bay. we're going to head over to livermore, light rain falling along 580, and in pockets in pleasanton and into sunol but the rain is moving east. right now, we are in a level 1 storm. it's light on our storm impact scale. scattered showers to contend with during the morning hours for the most part. it will be breezy today, especially at the coast, and then a brief break mid afternoon into this evening. enjoy it while you can because it is short-lived. 9:00 this morning, still a few pockets of showers, possibly in the south bay and then by lunchtime, most of us dry so if you want to head outdoors and get that bike ride in, today's the day to do it. this afternoon looking mostly dry for the bay area. i'll have a bigger storm to talk about coming up in my next report. >>> well, the
