i think it is really important that san francisco remain a fiscal sponsor because we do care in san francisco and think that we do have the ability in the role to really set the tone for other cointies as well. for me i see it as a advantage because other counties may not feel the same we do or hold the same values. i just want to put in that piece. i want to get claer clarity. each county has their own bylaws they adopted mou's and so i think is there question supervisor yee is asking is there...
