the san francisco veteran's academy and veterans commons. and the counselor members that had gone to those sites expressed some concern, which i laid out in my report back earlier this summer. so our -- the -- dr. julian brockman who has done the site visits, along with julie adelman raised some concern about the lack of various programs and how to get veterans more involved, possible connecting them with community living campaign programs, such as the writing workshops, and we're hoping that the appointment of a county v.a. services officers are going to help. obviously, there's a high priority. i hope that we can put together collaboratively some long-term strategy, so we'll continue to monitor and track this and keep you updated as we move into the new year. on the kimochi site, there was some concerns from the clients regarding the heat. so again, mike zogg and his team worked at kimochi and found that it was working, but there was no thermostat for the heat, only an on-off switch. i think this shows the real value of the site visits, wh
