longer a member of the san francisco 49ers. >> police say he beat up a father and son at a san francisco marriotts" pete suratos is live in san francisco with new surveillance video of miller just moments after this alleged attack took place. pete? >> good morning, laura and sam. as a result, he's facing several assault charges and that alleged attack happened here in this marriott in fisherman's wharf. in that surveillance video, it shows him stumbling across the street at this travel lodge presumably in that lobby area. let's get to some of that surveillance video. you can see him stumbling around with blood on his tank top and j jogging pants. the travel lodge manager who called 911 said miller was also vomiting. they say it took place around 2:45 a.m. on monday. you see intoxicated miller went into the marriott and tried to get into a room that wasn't his and that's when a 70-year-old man opened the door and told him he had the wrong room. when that man's 29-year-old son came out to help his dad miller allegedly attacked both of them. both men were taken to a hospital for their injuries. here
