frank holland joins us now on what comes next. frank, can we know >> deirdre, number one, it's hard to forget gamestop shares are up 100% since last year, however they lost 25% since it was announced that ryan cohen would become the board chair. they rallied around cohen's so-called transformation strategy into the online retailer and quote, unquote, the amazon of gaming however, many analysts quoted gamestop's core business has shrunk dramatically from 97% of the market to 2013 to now only 45% of the market. gamestop now plans to open an nft marketplace including characters, outfits and weapons and nft hit 23 million last year and michael pacter says there's one crucial detail that needs to be worked out. gaming nfts generally don't give the buyer full ownership >> digital sale is a use license, limited use license you can't re-sell a digital copy so why would anybody assume that nfts created by game companies are going to be freely transferable no chance. >> ryan cohen bringing in -- >> ryan cohen bringing executives from chewy,

frank holland joins us now with more on what is causing that spike. frank?y there tyler the port of lar and long beach, there are more than 100 points waiting to unload or intentionally slowing their transocean trip to avoid the log jam. it is a major factor pushing shipping rates 33% higher year over year in december. rates will stay near this level throughout q1 and omicron tints to be a challenge. hundreds of longshoremen in l.a. and long beach are out with covid. the variant also pushing trucking rates to record levels. general trucking rates, 53% higher than 2019 levels. food trucking rates also 50% higher, really hitting margins and grocery and consumer goods businesses two of the biggest names in supply chains signaling over the last weeks they see elevated demand continuing. the largest container shipper up cbre in asia and the u.s and orders of tractor trailers in december were 55% lower year over year meaning the trends of trucking companies and truckers themselves getting into business to capitalize on higher rates which then actually lowers those

. >> frank holland, thank you, with the latest on txn what a different reaction in the after market,, to this quarter. >> i after market, tim, to this quarter. >> it is to me i think texas has the bigger valuation issue though nominally is significantly reduced, but again, we're talking about a very different business i worry about peak cycle for them think about the concern on pull forward for microsoft. i don't think as much. i think this move to the cloud and enterprise continues again, they're roughly 40% above the cycle trend line in terms of where demand has been over last couple quarters. i don't think that's sustainable and inventory might be a problem going forward with this stable back drop for inventory. again, adequately, times et cetera 22, 23 times forward, not a lot to get excited about not a high multiple-tech stock in this environment but one relative to itself that free cash flow number is good but cap x kearneys me but cap x concerns me and think you will be less than 5% on the stock. >> relative to chips appears to be the value, that seems to be the rotation in su

and the expectation is for 41 cents a share of earnings frank holland has that story for us frank?y there, kelly. it's really me this time maybe growth might be slowing when we're talking volume, but profits certainly aren't slowing. analysts expect revenue to increase by 19%. last quarter, csx saw growth in container shipping that's where they get about 50% of their overall revenue when we look at the port of l.a. and long beach, we're seeing just around 100 ships waiting to unload or slowing down their trip to those ports because they know there's going to be congestion there we talk about pipeline a lot of times when we talk about pharmaceuticals or tech. rails are trading at an all-time high because they have one heck of a pipeline. goods are coming in from asia. they're moving them from either the west coast to the center of the country in chicago or they're coming off the east coast ports and going to stores here i don't think anybody you know is going to slow down their online shopping. but another thing on the other side is the labor cost and also the fuel cost. they saw th

frank holland is here with the story. what are people watching? >> well, you mentioned it. a lot of analysts are expecting a record breaking quarter. right now revenue forecast to be at 27 billion. that's a 16% increase year over year the big thing to watch here is the company's u.s. business. specifically its revenues in the u.s. business and margin in the u.s. business. that margin is right around 10%. analysts on the street are going to be happy. investors are going to be happy. when ups is performed under the 10 % mark for margin or guided under that 10%, the street just has not been happy with it the u.s. business is where it gets about 50% of the revenue. the overwhelming majority is the ground business. that's residential e-commerce. the question everybody keeps asking is can ups and fedex for that matter, keep this business profitable it's all been a big part of -- better not bigger strategy to actually turn away some business and charge more. so the pricing power of this company and its ability to keep that residential e-commerce profitable is key to watch >> what
