over here i have lieutenant frank lee, frank can you wave? lieutenant una bailey. lieutenant deborah. sergeant cox. mark is our assistant district attorney, who we work very closely with and lorrie in the back. stephanie over here. did i miss anyone? we couldn't do what we do at richmond station without all of these staff members who are really committed. and all of the lieutenants that work at richmond station also do a lot community. frank has been coaching for years vanadium is the president of the lgbt group and not a day goes by that i don't get a mention of gratitude from the community for her service, so thank you for that. the richmond district is rich, we have a very diverse culture. it's a really wonderful place to be and see all of the neat traditions and everybody sharing together. in order to protect life, property and prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime, we will provide service with understanding, response and compassion, performance with integrity and law enforcement with vision. and i can say that my staff helps formulate the vision each and

lee, right? jimmy dean, jimmy dean. ballpark franks, chef pierre. e idea that hillshire would be the slower growth value play and the wake of the breakup, the stock pays a yield, i think increased down the line. now, right when sarah lee broke itself up, they paid you a $3 per share special dividend and that was very nice, particularly for low tax rates, right? but since the rump of sarah lee became hillshire brands, performance hasn't been particularly impressive. since my recommendation, hillshire's down about a percent, s&p up 3.8% over that period. what went wrong here? why hasn't hillshire roared like the other breakup stories? well, first of all, we never expected this one to make a ton of money immediately, not overnight. hillshire brands was always going to be a slow-growth company, more about margin improvement and increasing revenues like con agra and general mills. going back to before the breakup. its brands have been losing market share at the old sarah lee and so far the company is trying to fix the pre-existing problems. does that mean

frank from washington. >> possibly as an author. his plans are to write a book. that should be interesting. let's check in with rick santelli in chicago. morning, rick. >> good morning, melissa leery market is pretty darn predictable. as the equities have rebounded, you can look at the charts of ten-years. yields have rebounded a bit, we're up a couple of basis points at 172. we're down 15 basis points for the year. we settled last year on this date around a yield of 187. the s&p chart holds the key. as you look at the futures for two days, what you see is in the last 15 minutes after the s&p, cash was closed, we had a big sell-off. then we had a big sell-off that continued. we rallied a little bit last night. we can see right now if you look at the s&p, it isn't that much from unchanged. the dow is basically unchanged. all this crazy volatility really was just an adjustment process that put the cash in futures back in line. the big story continues to be with the real trending market, the dollar/yen. look at this chart going back to august of 2010. a fresh 20-month high on the dollar versus the yen, but it's not just the dollar, it's pretty much every currency. it's going to be
