just like crazy and then everybody was calling for police. >> reporter: franklin ramirez was in hisd's mexican restaurant when shots rang out. >> i heard like about three shotguns and i come out and saw everything running and stuff. i saw the body laying there if all the people were like screaming and stuff. >> reporter: ramirez had been waiting for his friends to join the georgetown festivities but at the choofing -- after the shooting there wasn't much to celebrate. >> i seen it in movies and stuff but never seen it like right next to me. you know. it was really sad. >> reporter: police say someone shot the teenage boy in the head just before 11:00 last night. detectives are looking at bullet holes and possible rounds that may have landed in ramirez's restaurant. there were several shootings across d. c. on halloween night. and the violence at this corner wasn't the only one in georgetown alone. the a and c vice chair says there was a strong arm robbery near georgetown university and he witnessed groups of people out looking for trouble. >> last night was a little bit different. w
