great question, fred.wer to that is that the recount process is much different than the original counting process. that's because you need to segregate each one of these races from all of the other races that took place on election night. in this case, there are three different statewide races. there's the governor's race, the senate race, and the race for state agriculture commissioner. that is a laborious process. depending on what type of voting machine you have in each individual county, that could mean a much more lengthy process. for instance, in broward county right now, they're needing to separate all these ballots before they go into the counting process. we're told in palm beach county, they basically need to do three independent recounts in order to get these totals in, in time. so it's just a matter of their voting machines not having the same capacity as some of these other voting machines. also, palm beach county has a lot of people in it. they cast a lot of votes on election night. so it's j
