i am frederick alerdice and here on behalf of the open space on the waterfront and thank you to hearing us last week. first of all i have canvassed personally the president of the telegraph homeowners association and 101 lombard and they never had a request regarding this issue. they allowed a committee to represent them but the board has not asked the owners or members of those associations what they thought, so the people signed on the to the steering committee are representing themselves and misleading and you they don't represent the neighborhood and not approved to do that by the governing body want i want to continue on to a letter that you have a copy of.
