the closest storm is near the frederick area but the potential is there, and the action will pick up,believe, later tonight 8:00 to about 11:00 is when we think prime time for strong storms. really the bigger threat might be the heavy rain they could drop isolated spots could get two, thr if you get a slow moving thunderstorm over your area. nothing for dc now. a few storm showing up to our west. probably the strongest one and it's not being tracked as severe right now in frederick, in all we'll probably watch that closely. does it have a lot of lightening with it moving right along interstate 70. not a fun commute. it does appear to be getting a little bit more intense. here's an idea of where it will be in at the next half hour in the urbna area, between now and 6:47 if it holds up and kind of in a stolenning mode. i thought i would show you as we analyze the amount lightening it's been able to produce about 158 lightening strikes, watch the lightening with that, it will also have heavy rain. speaking of heavy rain, more to the west, there's more coming up from the south and as this
