we happened to be in downtown frederick at the time the call went out. we were here for another story and by the time we got here to the hospital a decontamination tenth had already been sent up by the are trying to determine exactly why this package was sent to the house and whether or not there was any kind of nefarious reason to do that. however, tonight we understand that the two men who were affected are doing okay. here's a hospital official updating us a little while ago. >> the condition of the patients did not get any worse. they are being treated. we know that the nurse who stayed with them and treated them did not have any problems, any issues. as they stated there's a secondary confirmation going for the chemical so for the meantime we'll keep that portion of the ed closed and once we find out what the confirmation of the chemical is we'll do better cleaning. for the meantime, the hospital is open and we're seeing patients. just after noon today, a home on military avenue opened a package and they gottic s. they got in a vehicle and went to t
