this is all related to a company we want to know and find today called period payroll based in frederick, maryland in lawsuits that were filed against this particular company by businesses in maryland virginia and d.c., we found out some stunning claims. pyramid u.s.a. which is a company based in frederick say they hired period payroll back in 2013 for only two months. they say that company was supposed to handle their payroll taxes but they say they never did. now, they are out a small chunk of change in this one. they're a small player in this. only $5,000 in taxes was not paid for them. but we're talking about some other big fish here including the tavern group in d.c. and eat good food and alexandria restaurant group they claim hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes was not paid to the i.r.s. and as a result they got liens filed against them by the feds and these companies all say it was a betrayal. >> i really feel screwed. if that's the right word. you know you can blip that up. but i really feel that he took us and we are -- we were so fortunate. we were with him for two months. we lost
