hey, fredricka and michael.ou know, it's at that point where the bulls have sort of run out of steam. you're seeing investors kind of take a breather at this point after stocks have had a great run-up for the past, what, ten sessions. the session is still young. four more hours for stocks to maybe even turn around. so that very well could happen, but we are still watching the dow because it very well could turn around and hit that 11th record in a row. also the s&p 500, that's within striking distance of its all-time high. the magic number for the s&p 500 is 1,565. five points away. that would actually be a bigger deal than the dow if the s&p 500 hits this record even blows through that record because the s&p 500 isn't just 30 stocks like the dow. it's 500 stocks. so what it is is it's more representative of the health of the market. also, your mutual funds, they most likely track the s&p 500. so as we watch the s&p 500 although it's a little lower, overall it is, you know, moving at great strides these days. yo

>> i think it played into it a lot, fredricka. but eyewitness testimony was also very damning for these two men now convicted rapists. three eyewitnesses saying that they saw the boys sexually assault the girl in a way that when it's not consensual is considered rape in the state of ohio. three eyewitnesses all of them friends with these two boys. talking about the social media, text messages, this all unfolded and played out online, on internet in front of the world. that's what makes this case increasingly upsetting for everyone involved. not only was this girl degraded over and over as the prosecution put it, but she was done so after the fact again and again online. pictures of her really seemingly unconscious being posted on instagram. people texting, tweeting, making fun of the incident, that 12-minute youtube video that's now infamous of people joking around it later that night. all of this was presented in this court. i want to player part of the judge's decision that came down this morning. the guilty verdict on all count

i'm fredricka whitfield. we start in florida where fear is growing after a sinkhole swallows a house. search crews in suburban tampa haven't been able to recover the body of jeff bush because it's simply too dangerous. it's the blue house right behind you where the sinkhole kind of opened up, the bedroom floor. we understand the house is, according to officials, is ready to collapse. are they going to be bringing in other equipment to help out in the search for this missing ma'am? >> reporter: no, they're really not. at this point they can't do anything but continue to try to use ground penetrating area around the house and areas of the house fredricka, so they can determine the extent of the sinkhole, how wide it is. they know it's at least 25, 30 deep. may be getting deeper or wider because the walls along the edge of the sinkhole are very sandy and very steep which means it could very easily continue to collapse on them. in fact, they did find that the house that was evacuated, the green house here, which

i'm fredricka whitfield. two rising stars on an ohio high school football team now convicted rainists. today a judge in stubleville found 17-year-old trent mayes and another guilty of raining a 16-year-old girl. both boys apologize to the victim and her family but despite the emotional pleas from the boys and their family, the judge said the evidence against them was "profane and ugly" and sentenced them to a juvenile detention facility. a minimum of one year for richmond, two years for mayes. poppy harlow was in the courtroom. the evidence the judge was referring to included cell phone pictures taken of the victim and lurid text messages from the defendants. how much did social media play a role in this crime and in the judge's verdict? >> reporter: i think it played a big role. the judge came in this morning when this verdict was handed down and said again last night and this morning he reviewed all of the evidence, reread all of the text messages, social media was a big part of this because pictures of thi
