no fog instanton, a little toward winchester leesburg, manassas, fredricksburg, quantico, stafford, charles county, 40s to near 50 degrees. at national we have fog and even a tiny bit of drizzle being reported, south winds at 3 miles per hour and you can see with the relative humidity, 96%. the air practically saturated out there. the thing for us this week, there will be a couple big storms, one early in the week. you can see it developing with the snows in the northern plains. on the warm side we have rain breaking out indiana, michigan. this comes through for the late tuesday, wednesday. so ahead of it, we have some mild temperatures, we'll get that to start. then we'll get chilly behind it. another chance for rain toward friday. so things have changed a little bit since last week. wednesday a big travel day looks okay. looking at our future cast today. we have showers through midday, well to our north in pennsylvania, new york and front. flying into chicago later this afternoon, there could be problems with that cold front. by tomorrow morning, that front is moving east, so here it is t

annapolis holding at 52 and fredricksburg is 58 and richmond right now, that's our warm spot at 61 degreeso national, 55, cloudy skies, very light winds out of the northeast at three. and a barometer slowly rising for the moment, but low pressure is headed this way. it's coming in from the lower mississippi valley. yeah, we're got some snow in the rockies, pretty typical for november. but with this storm developing here, there's some energy in upper texas. look at all the gulf coming into atlanta, tennessee, the western carolynas. in advance of that, that's the clouds we're going to be seeing over the next few hours. but the rain is all moving off toward the north and east. now, by 6:00, i think the rain may be closer to roanoke, potentially charlottesville, somewhere in there with the leading edge. that moves in during the night so that by 11:00, notice we've got green in virginia, approaching d.c. skins game kicks off at 8:30. we'll talk about that in a moment. towards tomorrow morning, some showers around, basically north and west, although i'd be prepared for showers on and off through

overnight, not too frosty, 37, gaithersburg 48, fredricksburg 41. the clouds coming from that big storm in the atlantic, it's hanging around and will begin to loosen its group. although it was a nice group, wasn't it. they would disagree with us in new england. it's been breezy and blustery. for dc, it's mostly chilly with a few spots below 44 degrees, downtown, we still had the breeze hanging around earlier today and even with the breeze it felt warmer and i think that's how it will feel tomorrow. the 61 will feel much nicer with full sunshine. it will be wall to wall sunshine we're thinking, 48 degrees in the morning, noon 58, 4:00, 62 degrees. one thing we will continue to watch is how close clouds get to the beaches but we think most everybody will be in the low 60s tomorrow, so speaking of that big ocean storm, let's give you another peek as it was producing wind gusts between 60 and 70 miles per hour yesterday. we believe the storm will drift and wobble out of the way and with that open the door for high pressure to move in and settle on top o
