at some point the suspects rammed fremont police cars, a pursuit insued, and fremont police shot at theed with a pistol. one suspect was shot by an officer and taken to the hospital. police say the second suspect got away and is believed to be armed. san leandro police then took over the suspect search. a shelter in place was issued around 10:00 for people who live near washington and upton avenue. the shelter in place was canceled around 4:00 this morning. now, back out here live, you can see...
