the alameda county da's office has decided not to go forward with any charges against fremont police officer. >> who fatally shot a man. joshua gloria of oakland, was shot and killed by fremont police officer brian burch back in march of 2021. this is video from the scene near highway 84 hardwood boulevard. police say the gloria was armed and driving a stolen car associated with an armed robbery. in a statement, the da's office says that officer burch had valid reasons to believe gloria represented risk both himself and the public. alameda county da pamela price created a public accountability unit to investigate police shootings in the county. and gloria's case was one of 8 examined by her office. >> take a look at your screen. berkeley police are searching for this man they say is wanted in connection to a double stabbing. they've identified him as 23 year-old. fire and eccles. stabbings happened friday night in the area of el camino, real and oak ridge in berkeley. the suspect last seen wearing a brown or red hoodie, black pants, a black hat. it was carrying a large black backpack
