around the state, 60s into the central valley, 69 degrees in fresno. 68 in sacramento. and about 66 and sunny into monterey bay. they are having the at&t pro-am down there and it's some great weather for that heading there. 70s in the south bay for today. 60s at the coastline. east bay about 70 degrees in pleasanton. 69 in san ramon. and about 68 degrees in walnut creek. as we get inside the bay, temperatures under mostly sunny skies, 67 degrees in oakland. 56 degrees in san francisco. and -- 65 degrees in san francisco and 62 degrees at the beach at stinson beach. lots of sunshine today and looks like temperatures beginning to cool off tomorrow. clouds rolling on in. slight chance of sprinkles rolling on by. unsettled over the weekend, breezy cool conditions and by the way don't forget the chinese new year parade. if you have never checked it out, it is fantastic. of course, i used to work on the weekend so we walked down there every saturday when they had the parade. it was fantastic. most of the time though it would rain. this weekend, it should stay dry. >> not this

we're seeing surveillance video of a fresno county sheriff's deputy parking his car because he's walking up to this home to serve some papers. the next door neighbor to this house is a guy named jared solano. this is his surveillance video. he goes out to tell the deputy the neighbor is not home, don't waste your time. as jared walks away he notices that the officer took out his taser and sort of just zapped it at a nearby dog which happens to be jarrett's dog teddy bear who was safely behind a fence two doors down. he doesn't taiz the dog but jarrett thinks takes his taser out to scare the dog. i go what are you doing to my dog? by the time i got over there he was shaking his hand. >> and macing the dog. >> a dog behind a face safely. >> yes. that's the fence this dog was behind. that's teddy bear there. and jarrett guess outside and washes the mace from the dog's eyes and sort of asks the officer, you just maced my dog. what's the deal here? >> he just went across the street and stared at me when he seen me walking up behind him. didn't say sorry, didn't know it was your dog or anythin

good day to get around. 61 sacramento, 66 redding, 63 degrees into monterey bay and 62 degrees in fresno temperatures warming up nicely in parts of the south bay as high as 66 degrees in san jose, 64 redwood city. 60s at the coast. lots of sunshine into the east bay today, 63 in livermore, about 63 in pittsburg and 63 degrees in the napa valley. warmer temperatures with the offshore winds in the north bay, 67 degrees in santa rosa, 56 petaluma, 60 sausalito. next couple of days looks like a great weekend if you want to head outdoors and enjoy the sunshine, we have plenty of it, just a few passing clouds, otherwise temperatures very mild. clouds move in late on monday night bringing a chance of rain to the bay area, rain expected now on tuesday. then we dry out on wednesday and thursday. of course, we did get some snow, that's right, early on in the week so got a couple of inches at northstar so if you are headed up in that direction, partly cloudy skies over the weekend should stay dry. roads looking good getting up into squaw valley up to 38 inches now of snow there. and it looks like s
