and according to our fox affiliate in fresno county at least five people were killed in this crash and combat tour bus crashed on highway 99 and, here are some pictures. it happened just south of the town of livingston north of atwater. and apparently that tour bus swerved to avoid something in the road and ultimately it slammed into a pool of some kind. and again, five people killed in this crash northbound 99 all of the lanes at last check were shut down for the investigation. so, that is certainly an area to avoid. if you know anyone in the valley give them a heads up. back here closer to home, i will show you what the right looks like on highway 4. this is getting busier and busier heading out of the pittsburgh bay point area. this is pretty slow traffic here. and, at the bay bridge toll plaza we have a pretty decent backup. but the good news is, no crashes in the area. and when you get up onto the bridge it felt it is a pretty good ride -- itself is a pretty good ride. >>> thank you. we have an update on a story that we have been following. power has been restored to the san franc

the confrontation between a fresno traffic officer and a student you see here from hoover high school. it happened monday the first day of school. we will play part of the video that has been posted to youtube. >> we are dropping the audio because it has bad language. eventually you will see that young man be taken to the ground after he wrestles with the officer. backup arrives and the person who is taking the cell phone video appears to get jolted by that officer although the chief police says that backup officer did not actually make contact. the chief says the student was taken to the ground ignored repeated orders not to jaywalk. that 16-year-old was held in a headlock until backup arrived. he was cuffed and charged with battery on an officer and other charges the student who was filming ran from police and was caught as he was booked for obstructing an officer and from burning from an officer. the department of internal affairs is looking into this matter and we have posted the whole video on kron4.com. the warning for the language. it is about two or 2 1/2 minutes. it tells a b
