recently the "frisco five" and their supporters forced the resignation of san francisco police chief greg surh. the way it works. the city's office of citizen complaints is responsible for investigating complaints of san francisco police misconduct. the o-c-c is not required to investigate incidents involving police officers if no one files a complaint. the proposal would change that. making an o-c-c investigation mandatory anytime a san francisco police officer fires a gun killing or physically injuring someone. in san jose voters are deciding on measure c. if it passes.there would be less regulation of medical marijuana dispensaries. the measure would allow pot clubs to set up shop in more city zones. potentially bring them closer to schools.including pre-schools. it would also lower the level of criminal background checks for employees. a "no" vote on measure "c". is a vote to maintain the current regulations. >> vicki:and in napa county. voters there are decidiing on measure h. this measure would raise $269 million for seismic upgrades to napa valley unified district schools. it
