westminster 18, hagerstown the same. 14 frostburg. here is the satellite picture with this disturbance coming in. it is a combination of snow to the north and farther south ice and a little rain. here is one low pressure center and reaches right into west virginia and does placing that high pressure coming in. it is a storm that is somewhat similar to what came through yesterday. not a lot of moisture with it. a lot of it is tied up in rain to the south of us. it will behave in a similar fashion. how much snow do we expect? here we are at noon. kind of the gray stage with the cloud cover. actual accumulating snow is to the west. that comes in around 4:30 to 5:00 we begin to see during the rush hour the first of the more significant snow coming in. it is a fast-moving storm. so the fast movement will limit how much we can collect. it is kind of dry and light. by evening, 10:00, it will be over and moving out. we will only have a four or five-hour period to accumulate this light fluffy snow. that could make the pavement like teflon so i
