and our response to fsu, we let them know there is a lack of transparency in how to file an appeal. there is no information for a student in the process other than general -- appeal procedures. shouldn't be grandfathered based on appeal rights and admittance rights. what we have seen recently under the pell grant cuts, csa has a few suicides. the university blames it on other reasons, but we feel this was theizing -- icing on the cake for them. the students are adversely affected. this year and last year 240 students dropped out of college and graduated with a bachelor's degree. 347 returned to city college because they can take more classes. in reality this only increases the amount students have to take out in students loans by decreasing it and you cut grants student loans increase to offset the student cost. and that is a very fast and brief summation of what's going on. hopefully within the 10 minutes and it's now open for questions. thank you. >> we are going to open up questions with public comment and we'll start off with council and i believe cochair supanich has a question
