there's a certain fta classification for certain pigments that they all must abide by.o they are pretty safe. you see them at all the children's parties, so you know that they must be relatively safe. i would frequent stores that commonly dispense or sell these types of products versus stores that may bring them in only for the holiday, because they could be getting them from china, and we don't really know sometimes what is in those products. >> so you go to a dollar store and there is a big sale on makeup that you want to be careful about that? >> look to see where it has come from, yeah. >> so how do you get it off? you mention water-based, so it could come off easy n? >> yeah, it may take scrubbing and rubbing, but generally it comes of a nicely. the mineral based preparations usually need something that is a little oil based to remove it completely off of the skin, but all of them can be removed off of the skin. the issue is sometimes the mineral base can clog the poure, so you may need to be concerned about that if you have oily skin. >> well, a oil based remover,
