i know there is a another speaker coming up but we're at the corner of 30th and fulton, like i said, which is the entrance to the outside lands event, which if you live there at that intersection, you are going to regret living there with that event there. and for past years we haven't had much success with trying to get any help from eric mar, the police department or anything. and so we heard there is a new captain in the richmond district, so my wife emails captain ferrigno and conveys our concerns about the event. she called us immediately, wanted to meet with us. and this was before this year's event. and i can tell you right now, she is single handedly changed our mind about the service that we're getting with the police department here. she has done a great job. every time i called the police were there within two minutes. i just can't say enough about the job she has done, and thank you chief. thank you commander for having such a great captain here at the richmond district and i hope you don't promote her out of here and keep her here for a while, if you can [ laughter ] >>
