fulton county won't answer that question.wer would be to check what are called audit tally sheets. tellingly, for months for the presidential election, fulton county failed to provide 100,000 of those tally sheets, including 50,000 of them for mailing ballots. when voter ga finally forced fulton county to turn over the tally sheets, the conclusion was stunning. here's what the audit found. "seven falsified audit tally sheets contain fabricated vote totals. for example, a batch containing 59 actual ballot images for joe biden and 42 for donald trump was reported as 100 for biden and zero for trump. the seven batches with 554 votes for joe biden, 140 votes for donald trump and 11 votes for jo jorgensen had tally sheets in the audit falsified to show 850 votes for biden, 0 for trump, and 0 for jorgensen. wait, did you just follow that? how is that not flat out criminal fraud? we love to know because it certainly sounds like flat out criminal fraud. we've obtained photographs showing what went on during the recount process in ful

it was deliberating over the fulton case.pinions were presumably going back and forth among the justices on both the per curiam and merrick case simultaneously. i think there is a particularly close relationship between these cases. together, they point to two potential paths forward, for the more conservative justices on the court. one path forward would be to eventually in the subsequent case overrule smith. because you seem to have a working majority of the court that at least has nothing nice to say about the continuing violent -- continuing viability of the smith decision. they could go that route, but i think these cases together, and erwin may have alluded to this, prompt the possibility it might not be necessary to overrule smith, because if smith becomes only the role for those laws of general applicability that are so general, there is no possibility of an exception. all of a sudden, smith is no longer the general rule. it has become the exception. that is another path forward. >> another question that we got differ

georgia republicans take first step to fulton elections take over.ty is the largest county in the state, one tenth of all georgians live there. it's where atlanta's. it voted overwhelmingly for joe biden. it also contains a sizeable proportion of the states black voters. the paper obtained a letter showing that two dozen republican state senators support a performance review of fulton election chief. they have the power to request this thanks to the restrictive voting bill that georgia passed earlier this year. according to that bill, states senate bill 2:02, the state can replace any local election official with enough republican support. the chairman of the fulton county board of commissioners, a democrat, a sounding the alarm saying that is an attempt to take control of the senate and retain the governorship in 2022. it's been record rick until this point. this letter is the first official step in the process. we've got allies in the legislature, we have the court and the court of public opinion. the law as it currently stands is on their side. at

[laughter] take a bold prediction. but, i base that on my study of the case, let me describe the case very briefly. fulton is a beautiful grandmother, african american very devout roman catholic who, through social services the archdiocese of philadelphia is taking into her beautiful home foster children in her place, eventually, hopefully for adoption. this has been her work, her wife crawling as a layperson for 30 years. the city of philadelphia yanked the license of catholic social services based on an article that appeared in the philadelphia newspaper that pointed out that css would not place foster children in a nontraditional families. no one had complained. there were plenty of service providers who in fact gladly placed children and nontraditional homes including the homes of same partners, same married couples. but that one article, here is this is a cultural war
