should we expect a domino effect there in fulton county? >> i think we will. case like this because when defendants are looking a trial date in the eye, they realize that they either run the risk of spending years in prison in georgia or they decide to cut a deal with the government. the wild card here is that the judge hasn't set a trial date for the remaining defendants. i think we'll see that come to a head in the next few days. >> so how about the gag order we mentioned in the new york case, the violation, you know, that trump was slapped with a relatively light fine for him, but it sets a precedent. do you think that the judge is willing to do this, that you crossed the line and violated the gag order, does that seem to you a hint he would be willing to do so again and potentially administer much stiffer penalties, which could include potentially even a night or two in jail? >> there's no doubt that the judge is serious about his gag order. in fact, he says in the order that even an inadvertent violation of the gag order still counts, and that's why he im

down in georgia, fulton county, and the former president was indicted alongside many other people, but only two in that defendants will go to trial later in the month. we have learned that one of trump's allies, bernie kaeric, the former police commissioner has been subpoenaed to testify ostensibly in that trial later in the month. and his lawyer, tim parlatore is saying that he is not going to allow his client to testify without immunity. and so we have been able to identify him as co-conspirator number 5, and so prosecutors while trump is in this courtroom, to secure key witnesses to reveal to the jury key details about what trump allies were up to in and around the election, but they are also up against some challenges, because they have indicted so many people, and named so many people as co-conspirators, those people are likely to be reluctant to testify and to cooperate unless they are granted assurances like immunity, and it is hard to believe any defense attorney who would put their client on the stand if they were one of the unindicted co-conspirators to say anything other tha

what does that mean for the fulton county da's case going forward? >> it certainly helps.k, the way that this was set up, these attorneys were going to have their trial first, i think they went out in front and tried to do that because they recognized at a joint trial with donald trump and john eastman and others, ultimately what was going to happen is donald trump and others were going to be pointing fingers at the attorneys and saying the attorneys put them up to it, the attorneys blessed this and said it was okay. now instead of having that dynamic where the defendants are pointing fingers at each other, now the attorneys are going to say, we committed crimes and these people were part of it. and i think that makes the da's case stronger and i also think it creates problems for some of the other defendants including some of the other attorneys. >> is he a stronger witness than sidney powell? >> it's not possible to be a weaker witness than sidney powell. i suppose rudy giuliani is up there on the weak witness category as well, but sidney powell has told so many untruths

case. >> there's been three pleas so far in fulton county.lients blood to the rico counts and this case. including yesterday when -- was on my show. what are your thoughts about the fact that they did not plea to a r.i.c.o. count, but they are still all cooperating witnesses? >> i wouldn't expect them to plead guilty to the r.i.c.o. count. the whole point for these early cooperators is that they get very beneficial plea deals. of course the important thing is holding donald trump and his key lieutenants responsible for the r.i.c.o. conspiracy. willis is playing the long game here. she drew a lot of criticism for indicting nine people in one indictment. now we're seeing how that strategy plays out. it's something she's done another r.i.c.o. cases. give good deals to the first people into cooperate so that you can hold those most accountable, most culpable, accountable for the crimes. >> joyce, they got less than 30 seconds. do you have any reading of the tea leaves on who you might be next? to maybe take a key. we don't have this for the remai
