. >> and joyce, is the information relevant to what is happening in georgia, the fulton county criminalbe into a phone call in which trump tried to pressure the georgia secretary of state, find me 10,780 votes? >> so jonathan, the interplay between the two events is pretty interesting. let me talk about one way it might be significant. prosecutors have a hard time so prove intent. was there a plan to overturn the results of a legitimate election? and something that makes it more likely it was intentional rather than an accident, if there is evidence of a repeated course of conduct, and it's actually admissible evidence, say georgia were to indict, prosecutors would offer evidence of other similar related courses of conduct, like the pressure that jump bore on the justice department, but an intentional effort to subvert the election in georgia. >> congressman swalwell, considering you have been an impeachment manager, and devised questions to ask witnesses, what kinds of questions should investigators be asking now? >> at this point, tries to understand what trump and those around him kn
