>> reporter: that's right, mark meadows is hoping to move the state case in fulton county to federal court he believes he would be successful in getting it dismissed. we're just learning the district attorney here in fulton county, fani willis, has subpoenaed two people to serve as witnesses in that dispute. both of these individuals listened in on that infamous call between former president trump and the georgia secretary of state where trump was pressing the secretary of state to find him the votes needed to flip the state. now, it's unclear if these witnesses will testify at a hearing on monday, but we know both mark meadows and former justice department official jeffrey clark are both trying to get their state cases moved to federal court and they're also now trying to get a federal judge to intervene so that they don't have to surrender by that friday deadline that the district attorney has imposed. >> you also have exclusive reporting, paula, on rudy giuliani's legal struggles in georgia, what are you learning there? >> reporter: that's right. he has legal struggles across the countr

coming up week after next, in the earliest will be the arrangements for all 19 defendants in the fulton county court house, which is just over my rachel. right. so as you say, all of the 19 accuse in the case in georgia have now turned themselves in. what next? when is a try likely to happen as well? that's a good question. originally, the district attorney funding willis had put forward a possible schedule for a trial starting perhaps in march of 2020 for about 7 months or so from now. but after steven charles pro, one of the former president's lawyers and himself now with co defend, it said he wanted his trial to start earlier. well, funny, well, as went to the judge in this case, judge stopped mca fee and said, well, i would like to see all of these defendants go on trial, starting on october 23rd just a little more than 2 months away from today. well, so far, judge mca fee has decided that scott dekota, steven chest broke, should go on trial, beginning on october 23rd. and there's now the question of whether the other 18 defendants in this case, including donald trump, will go on trial at the sa
