we dip to 26 in philadelphia. 28 in wilmington. 23 in trenton. 27 degrees in sea isle city. future tracker 6 shows you that the rest of the morning is going to be a morning of improvement as yes we've got some of that snow around the region right now but it should start to pull out to the west and i think by 11 o'clock or to the east i should say and i think about 11 o'clock we'll probably be done in most areas, maybe there's a couple of light flurries or really not very impacting snowfall here or there. by 4 o'clock we may even see a break in the clouds and there could be some sunshine before the end of the day. what are we expecting on the ground? these totals are really down from the higher of the two possible totals i showed you yesterday. we talked about how if the storm developed later in the game and pushed away we would be pushing the snow bands farther up the coast. that's what happened. in new york city probably about 8 to 12 inches, the same thing in parts of north jersey in case you have plans to travel up that way, probably not a great idea until much later a4 to 8-inc
