in the course of this investigation, gail, there has been this report that came out saying he was grieving the loss of a mother who had died of a heart attack. he was only issued a 24-hour pass to go to her funeral. he would have had to travel to puerto rico to be there. it was changed to two days. could something like that, when somebody is grieving have some of these issues. could that cause somebody to snap. >> it could cause someone to become very distressed. the loss of a parent can cause someone to be distressed. the frustration about being able to do what they feel they need to do could cause them to be very angry. do we see that as a cause of murder? no. i would say that would be highly unusual. most people in the military who are returning with depresion or ptsd. they are at a much greater risk of harming themselves. there is quite a high suicide rate, which its very concerning and growing. committing a violent act against others is extremely rare. >> you use the word anger and frustration as a phrase i've heard before being used. angry depression. what is that? >> really, i think

gail force winds still possible all the way down the coast. of course, this is a popular tourist destination with the great barrier reef. it's just beautiful. this may have put a bit of a damper on tourism this weekend anyway. as it continues to scoot down the coast, we'll still see heavy rain, could see localized flooding. a combination of the heavy downpours as well as the storm surge here as the winds cycle around that low. we have winds cycling around a low in the united states. we have all the ingredients we need to see potential severe weather. even the threat of tornadoes as cold air dives in, hits up against moist, warm air, and we have a dry line moving in across the lone star state of texas. all of these things combined will make for the threat of severe storms today across the plain states. some isolated tornadoes. that tornado risk will be going up as we head into our sunday afternoon and evening. some of these tornadoes could be quite strong across much of the gulf coast and in towards the tennessee valley. so we'll certainly let

an gail, i'm going to turn to you. a couple months back, we were talking about the breakdown in some of the technicals. and you were expecting a decline in this market. as you look at the chart, do we have more to go technically in this market to the downside? >> sue, absolutely. friday was key in this likely breakdown to come. we've seen so much weakness relative to some of the safety of large cap broke so to speak on friday. i think this signals we're going to see a formal correction in the nasdaq composite. it's hard to think that the dow is not going to participate. the investors are really getting out of these growth names. the nasdaq 100 is down almost as much as the comps. they're clearly going toward the latter. that being said, we need to think about defense here. a falling tied is probably going to take down many of these names. >> kenny, if i can turn to you. if you are a longer term investor, this could be an opportunity to get into some of those names, maybe some the dividend players or some of the larger
