the owner of this crane is bay crane skpr the rigging company is a company called galasso trucking and rigging. now, the mayor has said and stressed that galasso was strie trying to secure this crane when the accident happened. a short time ago, sources close to this investigation have confirmed to the i team, the operator of the crane was kevin riley, a 56-year-old who is being interviewed by the major case squad. and we should also point out, he did pass a breathalyzer test. that is something investigators are really going straight to the source for. they want to know what he experienced on this scene. i also want to get to a history of this work site. this is we're told a relatively weekend, there was one 311 complaint apparently from a neighbor or someone near the scene who complained to 311 that this crane was operating too soon. that it was not permitted to operate over the weekend. but we looked at the 311 complaint and the department of building's response. according to the online records, the department of building did not issue any kind of violation for that. the online recor
