our october teacher of the month is karen from galileo academy of science and technology. she is our map and academy hospitality tourism. susan's fired by one of her students who was missing class, not connected to school, and did not seem to care. she joined her academy of hospitality and tourism class and stay connected to her, even when she left for a bit to continue busy to attend a continuation high school to catch up on credits. she returned with a new spirit and commitment to graduate. karen will be here and will be most proud. karen, congratulations.
