reporter: dentist frank galka's office is right across the street in a building where several windows shattered. >> i think they thought it was going to fall into a hole they had there. but instead it fell toward the building. reporter: dr. galka says a falling brick crashed through one of his windows in a room that minutes earlier was being used by a patient and hygienist. >> and that window had been broken and there was glass all over the room, on the patient's chair, everywhere. >> it looked like it was leaning west for the last couple days. reporter: mark gold runs the pizza shuttle across the street, >> we were just opening up for business and we were in my office, a couple of people were talking, and then all of a sudden it shook. yeah, i've never felt anything like that in my life. reporter: we've reached out to the city and they say the contractors involved are recyclean incorporated from kenosha, and new land. the city performed a post-collapse inspection but terry sater, wisn 12 news. anchor: a milwaukee woman punched and kicked as she walked to work. police say the attack a
