"eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo live outside northeast detective, with the latest on the investigation. jan, what have you learned? >> reporter: jim, good morning, police say it was a woman who pulled the trigger and that she was caught by police, just four blocks away from the shooting scene. now, she, and a man she was seen leaving the scene with this morning are in custody and the victim of the shoot something in the hospital in stable condition, expected to survive. take a look at the video. police say the shooting happened right around frankford avenue, ann margaret street right around 12:30 this morning. they were called therefore shot fired. when officers arrived, they found a 43 year old man lying on the sidewalk shot three times, including once in the face. witnesses in the area say it was a woman who pulled that trigger, left the scene with a man
