we're looking into the following complaints -- the seller, jays galleria. we have been in contact with management, and the 300 block of the fillmore area. i have been in touch with people, and there's a lot going on there, but the bad news is there is a lot of people in the area during the weekends. we will be dealing with a small section of it. the following venue's received citations -- mighty. we have a minor incident list. we have an incident at the westin hotel. the major incident was a shooting and aggravated assaults, and we also hadn't two assaults about a week apart out in mission, which we are also looking into. we are trying to do a little more research on that. one thing we are coming across more and more -- we are doing events without permits. we found a decisive event. no permits were involved. we are working with how we deal with those situations. when we find those venues having un-permanent the events, we are working with the units. they are being given notice of those venues because they are in violation, so they are looking into it as wel
