part of it is gallows humor. a part of it -- i could be way off here, but native americans are americans-americans, too. america in general, i think, is a humorous country often. i mean, that's what people say -- that's the reputation of americans in other countries. that we're funny. so why wouldn't native americans be funny, too? but some are just hysterical. this one woman in yakima, she's so funny. i tell her a joke she's heard it. and i said have you lived on the reservation your whole life and she will say, not yet. [laughter] >> just a take off on other jokes but in generally, i found that native people laugh at each other, certainly at nonnative people and at some of these assumptions and sometimes they just get absolutely outraged at the rudeness of nonnative people towards them and they make that into a joke. for instance, i interviewed an osage woman, a lawyer, who's very sophisticated. she works in washington, d.c.. she has her own law firm there. she goes home and she calls it oklahoma to the reserva

a gallows was held up. it is impressive to note despite the recent violence, people have brought young children down here. there have been older people here and it does reflect their determination to resist further austerity cuts. >> earlier, this woman told me she was sad for greece. it angered her to see state property being sold off, but there are so many grievances fueling the protests. take barbara, a 23-year-old graduate out of work. over 40% of young people are unemployed. >> i have been looking for a job since last year. i haven't been able to find anything yet, and i really need to earn some money so that i can leave the country. >> observing the national mood, the former finance minister says the country is badly divided. >> what is at stake is the future of greece. i mean, the danger that greece is going to end up bankrupt is quite serious, and i don't see, unfortunately, a greek political system pulling itself together and doing what it has to do. >> a win tonight may calm financial markets but

we do see initiative we see that they're going to allow this thing go forward without the needed gallow because in yemen we have got big issues like the southern issue nor and like the truth is and many many other sectors of the opposition have been kept outside of having a say in the future of relation of the new regime so again there we find that in spite of there are those a community given by them on the sidelines of the meetings in september in the meetings of the general assembly of the recognitions the three countries yemen and you care and saudi arabia committed themselves to words and national universal dialogue in yemen but in spite of that nobody is speaking about it now not because i don't know that these values are at the end it will be used only if it helps them on interests if it's against their interest then they find themselves in a dilemma ok. we're in this problem do you think that israel and the united states and its western allies just got too used to having a very pliant arab world and they just catch flat footed in how to deal with all these changes and we all agr
