"action news" reporter chad pradelli has that story. >> reporter: temperatures were below freezing saturday night but police say jared nelson and ebony walker thought nothing of it when they left their three children ages one, three and eight in a car alone in the parx casino parking lot. >> i do know one thing for sure they certainly will not be getting the parent of the year award for 2016. >> reporter: police responded to the casino after a precipitate ton flagged down security alerting them that three kids were alone in the car. >> they were there for about an hour and a half thro
