. >> reporter: meet 16-year-old hunter gandee and his 9-year-old brother, braden. >> there you go. >>orter: braden has cerebral palsy, and one week ago, both embarked on a 111-mile journey in michigan to raise awareness. >> i have cerebral palsy, and i have to use a walker. >> push up. >> hunter, he helps me with walking. he is always there for me. >> reporter: and on this journey, hunter carrying his younger brother. >> i've carried braden on my back as long as i can remember. sometimes it feels more natural to have him on my back than it does to have him off. >> reporter: checking in every day with their supporters. >> going to be about 18 miles today. >> reporter: there werso many cheers along the route. and 110 miles in, braden gets down. and walks the final half mile himself. >> hi, david. >> reporter: tonight, the brothers checking in with us. >> we're so thankful for all the support. >> reporter: and it turns out, it's little braden who tonight is proud of his big brother. >> he's made a lot of change in the world, so, if everyone could be like that, then, the world would be a
