one of the victims he's accused of killing is police officer garrett swayze, a native of medford. >>> a new hampshire hospital is apologizing tonight for a major mistake in children's vaccines. ineffective shots. alex peck memorial hospital says 827 kids likely got the vaccines. the hospital says vaccine fringe rater temperatures at the pediatric center were outside the acceptable range. it would have affected vaccines given between september of 2014 and october of 2015. the hospital says the vaccine was not have been harmful, but would have lost their potency. >>> a police sergeant is charged with lying about an accident and accepting insurance money for the made-up injury. veteran hingham police sergeant chris phillips is accused of telling his fellow officers he was hoytt by a car, then collecting about $2,000 a week in insurance money for the injury. his attorney says the accident did happen and the charges were serious enough to involve medical attention. >> they sent an ambulance. the ambulance drivers did observations to him, thought he needed to be seen at the hospital. >> rep
