the victim we are told is 47-year-old steven barna of garrettsville. he was working for the falls tree company. we are told a log rolled over him as they were clearing debris near orman beach. >>> we continue to get answers tonight surrounding yesterday's today investigators told us the man who died had an air pistol like the one you see here. two officers shot and killed devon desawyer at detroit and crocker after they say he robbed a cvs. we are still waiting to learn whether the officers saw the air pistol or if the suspect fired it. desawyers is investigated in connection with three our cvs robberies where the thief took opiods. accused of hitting and killer trooper valez was in court. a judge lowered josh consist gasper's bond from $1 million to $500,000. he is still locked up. the question has been whether he was impaired. his attorney says he had methadone in his system and that shouldn't impair him. prosecutors say that's not true. >>> a community activist is in the middle of a mission camping out again tonight in what he dangerous neighborhood
