[applause] so governor thank you for joining us today. i'm going to turn over to you to get a start. i want to express appreciation for hosting the summit for the key moderator and my fellow governors in the coming years there's probably not a more important and timely panel discussion on infrastructure and i appreciate each of you being there. i'm very proud that we stood tall and supported the infrastructure bill that made it through all the roadblocks. those who criticize this investment say that only a portion of it while i know there are parts i don't agree within the bill, the congress broadened the infrastructure and as governors we have to increase investments in water projects, broadband, power infrastructure, cybersecurity and airports. and that is today's world and the breath of the investment from this bill is a positive and not and negative. the bill emphasizes planning and we need to share ideas and best practices on the best way to include the private sector and public
