gary, "nbc10 news." >>> 4 minutes before 7:00, happening today, the man charged with raping a rittenhouse square doctor will appear in court. milton garciaas a hearing scheduled for this morning. katy tell us more. >> reporter: tracy, milton mateo garcia, the suspect, has been held here for two weeks without bail. that's when prosecutors will lay out the evidence they have against garcia, police say he followed a 26-year-old rittenhouse square doctor as she walked home late one night in june forcing her into her apartment where he raped her several times. he also stole her keys and that cell phone. that cell phone helped police find him. it helped investigators locate him in the south philadelphia neighborhood. when they found him, he had the victim's keys on his person. he's been charged with rape, aggravated assault and robbery and kidnapping. that preliminary hearing is scheduled for 11:00 this morning. reporting live outside the criminal justice center, katy zachry, "nbc10 news." >>> good morning, as we approach 7:00, we have normal volume out there on the majors including 76. this is a live look at 76 westbound right at city avenue.
