. >>> it is friday january 21st, -- gasia is off tonight. welcome to bay area news at 7:00. we start with breaking news just in. involving a homicide in the south bay. the police are on the sweep of a deadly shooting in san jose. it happened at story road and east capitol expressway. chopper 2 is live over the scene right now. we are seeing what appears to be police officers coming in and out of that building. now, the police tell us they got the calls just before 5:00 and arrived to find a man who was shot multiple times. he was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. the victim appears to be between 18 and 20 years old. there is no word if there are any suspects at this time. the authorities closed off story road from east capitol expressway to galahn avenue and asking driver to avoid that area. we will continue to check in on the investigation there in san -- san jose and continue to bring them to you. >>> other breaking news, any minute now another car may be pulled from the canal. that canal is the one that they have been searching for the past few days as t
