. >> i'm gasia mikaelian in for julie haener. b.a.r.t. trains are rolling again at this hour. after a concern of a bomb disrupted service. the bomb threat involved this ac transit bus. police stopped it beneath the tracks at the west oakland station and ordered everyone to get out. the concern a possible bomb hidden away in the compartment of the bus. the incident at the west oakland statement stopped b.a.r.t. service through the tube until about 9:30. noelle walker has been talking to people stranded waiting for trains but we begin in west oakland where john sasaki had a front row seat all night long as authorities worked on that bus, john. >> reporter: gasia, they just moved that bus away about 25 minutes ago when it was parked on chester directly under those b.a.r.t. tracks. you see above there. that's when b.a.r.t. traffic to and from san francisco was completely shut down for nearly two hours. we've been here since the bomb threat brought everything here to a screeching halt. the b.a.r.t. station was closed and everybody evacuated and so were several streets. some residen

. >> reporter: gasia, landis is facing charges for incident that is happened last year.ccording to this arrest warrant, authorities believe he may have been taping people as far back as 2011. former san francisco state university professor mark landis is facing charges for secretly video taping victims. current and former sf state students one of whom found the hidden camera last november and discovered 180 videos on an sd card similar to this one. >> it's extremely disturbing because of the the violation of trust. >> reporter: a passport, last will and testimony, two memory cards with videos dating back to 2011 were recovered from his apartment. a 35 minute video shows the professor placing the camera in his roommate's bedroom. that video captured two people having sex in that bedroom. 16 were interviewed and said they did not give permission to be interviewed by landis. one refused to place charges. >> this is very disturbing. many don't want their family and friends to know. >> reporter: landis attorney did not return our calls today. he is due back in court september

. >> good evening, i'm gasia mikaelian in for julie haener. >> and i'm frank somerville. speaking out tonight about being homeless, and her repeated attempts to sneak ability planes. 62-year-old marilyn hartman pleaded no contest 0 a misdemeanor stowaway charge today, then earlier this evening, she was released from jail in los angeles. hart han didn't want -- hartman didn't want to go into detail why she has repeatedly tried to stowaway. but she did say she was homeless. >> what was your desperate situation? >> homelessness. i have been in some pretty awful situations. i took desperate measures. ironically, i'm a student of the 60s, when they had sit ins. and i viewed myself as more of a sitin that got out of control. >> where do you go from here? >> i will have to figure that out moment by moment. clearly, i've caused problems for the airport, and i don't want to make it any more complicated. >> hartman says jail officials gave her direction to a shelter tonight. she also says she only has $4.25 to her name. she says her debit card was stolen at the first of the month.

. >> reporter: gasia, this is the san carlos airport where the plane that crashed was based. officials here at the airport tell me that they were called this morning by the faa to check and see if a certain plane was here. it was a plane involved in last night's crash in marin indeed it was not here. this afternoon our news chopper 2 flew over the crash site near hicks valley west of novato. you can see on the video that the plane is in the middle of the burned out area because the crash sparked a 32-acre wild land fire. a coroner's official said the pilot's body has been recovered although the person's identity has not been confirmed and likely won't be until sometime tomorrow. the plane is registered to a san carlos resident, and i found out that the man had sold to a family. search and rescue crews spent hours trying to find the wreckage. >> we began conducting searches of the area out here. it took three hours until a time when a deputy luckily was able to spot the orange glow of a fire near the hillside which at that point we called to the fire resources to come. even at
