leading the investigation into an officer involved shooting and it happened in the city of napa on gasser avenue. paul chambers joins us to talk about some of the questions investigators are trying to answer this morning. >> reporter: good morning, pam, there are a lot of questions surrounding us right now and the sheriff's office is not releasing too much information but i can tell you theful involved shooting is just under surveillance. they were watching a vehicle in this parking lot and three men were inside this car one of which they believe had a warrant for an assault with a deadly weapon. officers approached with guns drawn and as one man got out of the car, he and one of the agents got into some altercation leading the police officer to shoot into the man's torso. his condition and name is unknown and the two others were taken into police custody and the officer who fired the shot is on leave which is protocol in an officer involved shooting. was it one of the men or was it the car, they also want the snow the person who was believed to have that warrant for they were the person
