good morning gayle. we now have the name of the driver but before we go to that, immaterial you to look at what damage -- to that, i want you to take a look at the damage this guy did with his pickup truck. it looks incredible. i was told by a neighbor there was a shed and laundry room and several vehicles. and now the person who was driving the pickup truck, we now know is rivero ramos. look at his mug shot. he is 37 years old and he is and i just looked at the report and it looks like he refused a breathalyzer at the scene. so we will follow this case and figure out what ends up happening. and now take a look at what this scene looked like around 3:30 when i got out here. the pickup truck went through two pillars in order to get into this carport. it landed on top of a honda accord and pushed into another honda which then push interested a black suv. all four of those vehicles had to be towed from the scene. a lot of damage. and i got to tell you, that pickup truck on top of the honda, that honda was j

what a mess. >> reporter: absolutely, gene and gayle. when i got to the scene, all the vehicles were still here and look at the aftermath. take a look. this is the carport. and you will notice a lot of debris in the there and a lot of wood. we're told by a neighbor that the there used to be a shed, a laundry room. looks like the vehicle went straight through it. and i want to show you what the seen looked like this morning. you can see that the pickup truck was on top of another vehicle in the carport there. and now it appears to have gone air born after going through -- airborne after going through a couple pillars. it also hit a white honda and then pushed that vehicle into this black suv, a nissan with damage to it. and then they had to to you all of the vehicles away. so four vehicles involved in total. what is incredible about this is that no one got hurt, not even the driver of the pickup and we are told that he is under arrest under suspicion for dui. and there might be more charges later today. and we will be keeping a close eye
