good morning, gayle. it's incredibly frustrating. and 8 on your side wants the know if this new law will actually stop the skimming. here's the deal, gas stations now have more guidelines when it comes to security at the pumps. this is what we're talking about. and they have several options. one is to place a device inside the pump that will shut it down immediately once someone tampers with it. sounds like a great idea. another option, this on the screen right there, that little piece of tape. a lot of the stations already use it and it really doesn't seem to work. the tape goes across the front and it's supposed to show if someone has opened it. the question here, will a gas station really pay more to have a device put inside the pump? and the new law ups the charges for the crooks ripping us off. and i am reading through the bill this morning and i will let you know anything else i find that could affect you. no question, something needs to be done. let's hope this time it works. >> yeah, seems like more advanced technology is nee
