gayle ong live at the scene with the latest on this rescue operation. gail, this is an incredible situation here where this thing >> yeah. grant and vicki, a peaceful resolution for all who were involved. i am standing in front of the home where the bear was first sighted. it was actually perched in a tree in the backyard over there for hours we want to get to that video. a neighbor had sent me earlier. they took cell phone video had a front row seat of this juvenile bear where told a male and as you mentioned, we're right by downtown san anselmo. so very unusual. it is reported that there have only been 2 or 3 bear sightings in moran since 2003 now the bear came down on its own around 07:46pm and they did have a the bear had encouragement from first responders and he had moved to an open space near mount tam and that's for hopefully he will remain now. here is a witness who saw the bear that was on the ground as soon as it left the home and here's what she had to say. and then an update from police. >> i walked around and i was walking from the sidewal
